“Gina is nothing but professional and has a wealth of knowledge about the body and it’s systems.”
“Not only was she able to help me after surgery with swelling, but she gave one heck of a massage that was very relaxing, too.”
From the reviews
Gina was and is very professional yet personable and just a pleasure ! The massage was amazing and much needed ! She knows what’s she’s doing, I went to her bent and in pain. After the first session I was standing straight with little or no pain. She has helped with my back also.
Gina is nothing but professional and has a wealth of knowledge about the body and it’s systems. Not only was she able to help me after surgery with swelling, but she gave one heck of a massage that was very relaxing, too. I was amazed at how well the ANF disks worked with GI issues I had been having as well.
I went to see Gina at AromaGee , in her Highland, NY office, as a recommendation from my Doctor, the attention the she gives to post cosmetic recovery and manual lymphatic drainage is amazing, she is a life saver, I could not have done this without her!! She is the best in the universe!
Nancy was amazing had a very nice experience, was my first time. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my specific circumstance. The decor made it extra relaxing. I left feeling refreshed. I look forward to returning in the near future.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
