LM Therapeutics offers sports massage. I have had a couple sessions so far for a compound injury and a muscle inflammation that was not healing on its own. Claudia is highly recommended as she knows muscle structure well and gets to the trigger points that are necessary for release.
Diana is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and this was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. She incorporates techniques like cupping and heat, which make such a difference.
If you have an athlete that is sore or just needs a good sports massage this was 10/10! I booked my daughter a 60 min she did cupping and really worked on all the areas that she was tight in. Stephany was amazing, kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable! Thank you LM therapeutics she can’t wait to be back ☺️

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
