By far, the best chiropractic office around! Dr Monica truly cares about her patients and works tirelessly to relieve her patients issues. She has a massage therapist in the office as well. Dry needling and cupping are offered for stubborn muscles.

I am a RN, work in pain management and have fought Endometriosis for going on 6 years. The Endometriosis started causing me to have major hip pain and I started seeing Dr. Monica and have had AMAZING relief. She’s helped my hips, back, neck and abdomen/pelvic pain with all she offers!

Phenomenal!!!! Dr Monica is absolutely awesome. Her staff are always very professional and very polite. I went in with constant lumbar pain and walked out nearly pain free! I am a huge fan and will make this my go to for all my chiropractic needs.

Kim is awesome. She is very nice and extremely considerate of your comfort level while performing the service. Highly recommend Kim, I felt much better after our session. She even gave me tips and pointers I could do at home to maintain the progress that was made. Looking forward to my next session with Kim.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
