“All of their therapists are skilled and knowledgeable, but naturally they have their own things they excel at, and I've been able to benefit from that greatly.”
“They really took the time to understand their patient and not just treat an image from an MRI or a CAT scan but really listen to the person on where they pain is and what they are experiencing.”

From the reviews
Highly highly recommend! All the staff are absolutely fantastic and the space is small, clean, relaxing, and cozy. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful and make you feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in. I've been working with Dr.
Lauren D’Angelo is the best! She’s the only doctor who sincerely took interest in my ailment , and is the only one who has gotten me better. Thank you, thank you thank you! I highly recommend her.
Before starting my healing journey at living well, I was living every day in severe chronic pain and felt like I wasn’t able to get my life back in control. As a motocross athlete, and someone that has worked their whole life and construction And landscaping I have put a lot of strain on my lower back, causing pain…
TL;DR started for the aqua therapy, stayed because of the quality of care and quality of people (and dog, cant leave her out!). 6 months of therapy has only made me love them more Nothing i write could do them justice. The team at Living Well is just fantastic and talented all the way through.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
