From the reviews
Dr. Sam is exceptional. She’s committed to her patient’s well being and helped me to achieve maximum results by looking at the big picture and addressing not just symptoms but the also the lifestyle changes that would help me to relieve those symptoms. She has been truly wonderful.
Katherine is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring practitioner. She makes me feel welcomed, well supported and heard. The way she explains her observations, talks through what we are doing, and goes through exercises that can facilitate a more long term wellness is both professional and compassionate.

Their knowledge and expertise are unmatched and if you find yourself like me, searching for help that a traditional healthcare doctor can't seem to help you with, then you have found the right…
I have loved working with Dr. Katherine. She helped me greatly with low back pain that started after flag football. She has a unique approach, unlike any other chiropractor I have been to. She is very knowledgeable and thorough during our sessions. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Katherine.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
