From the reviews

Stacy is so in tune, kind, professional, has THEE best and most comfortable massage bed and environment. She absolutely goesnabove and beyond to give your body intuitively what it needs; cupping, paraffin for hands, hot packs. 90 minutes never seems enough!

★★★★★ — Sarah, Apr 2023

If you want the BEST go see Stacy! I see her biweekly. I was referred by a friend. Stacy has provided me so much relief. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever found. She has many modalities like cupping, Pilates, reiki, etc She even does facials. I look forward to each & every visit.

★★★★★ — Isabella, Oct 2023

Stacy is professional, personable and highly knowledgeable. She tailors each massage to whatever you need that day. Cupping, deep tissue, stretching, laser therapy... Once I found Stacy I never went to anyone else, she's the best therapist I've found to tackle my stressed out body!

★★★★★ — Cindy, Jul 2019

Stacy is truly one of a kind, I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. I can say with certainty that without her I wouldn’t have mobility or quality of life. After major back issues leaving me mostly in bed, unable to stand straight, unable to walk or bend I feel beyond lucky that I found Stacy.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
