TLDR: Dr. Alyssa and the staff at Live Your Life are amazing! There’s a reason they have 227 reviews, all 5 stars. Dr. Alyssa is the absolute best! I haven’t had great experiences with chiropractors in the past but I have a connective tissue disorder and displaced a rib. She fixed it in one session!
Dr. Katherine has been wonderful! Not only did my back pain go away quickly, but she helped some pain in my hip, that I didn't even think was related! She was easy to talk to, understanding, and listened to my needs. I am so happy that I started seeing her, and would recommend Dr. Katherine to everyone!
Dr. Hammond has been extremely helpful in assisting with her intuitive adjustments. She is very thorough and has brought the pain level down immensely. She provides suggestions for exercises to help the process along. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
