From the reviews

We visited Little Sage to help find a long-term solution to my oldest (currently 8 years old) son’s atopic dermatitis/eczema. I am so grateful we were able to find a plan that worked alongside his dermatologist and allergist.

Having been a type one diabetic for over 45 years I have developed some complications. Neuropathy pain and with the stress of life I also developed sciatic nerve pain that nothing made better. Steroid injections, PT, massage you name it I tried it. Committing to 12 sessions was my ticket out of pain.

★★★★★ — Monica, Aug 2025

I receive the best care from Melissa and the team at Little Sage! As a practitioner she really listens to all of my concerns and is able to help me zoom out and find connection with my mind and body. I love the holistic approach!

★★★★★ — Kristina, Jan 2025

Melissa and her team have really helped my eczema heal after years of cycles of flare ups. I am no longer using steroids prescribed to me by my doctors. My hyperthyroid is also back to normal. If you’re feeling hesitant I’d say go for it, trying this out was one of the best decisions of my life.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
