What clients say about the cupping here
“Yousofi has treated me for lower back pain (sciatica) for a few months.”
From the reviews
Dr. Yousofi has treated me for lower back pain (sciatica) for a few months. The pain and leg numbness is just about gone and I can resume my normal activity now. Her treatment has been more effective than other therapies like accupuncture, PT, and a lumbar epidural steroid injection (no benefit).
I have suffered from lower back and neck pain for years. After two treatments with Dr. Yousofi my neck has no pain and my back feels better than it has in years. Dr.Yousofi takes time to explain the treatment and how it effects different parts of your body like breathing and digestion.
My name is Arvinder I had very bad back pain and could not walk for ten minutes but after geting treatment from Chiropratic Dr Lina Yousofi Iam able to walk one mile I Recommend her for your Treatments
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
