From the reviews
Dr. Yousofi is the best chiropractor I've ever worked with. During my initial session, Dr. Yousofi spent an hour educating me about functional neurology and how chiropractic can not only help structural discomfort but improve the speed at which information is sent between our brain and nerves.
If you are living in pain you MUST go see Dr. Lina. She treats the CAUSE of your pain rather than masking it with cortisone injections and pain meds. I had been going to an orthopedic doctor for several years for my knee pain (both knees) I underwent arthroscopic surgery on one knee that determined my cartilage was…
Ive been going to doctor Yousofi for over 1 year now due to an old work injury that continues to give me pain and suffering without doctor Yousophie's treatments I would be unable to move and get through my day-to-day activities.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yousofi. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment plan. After my first session, I noticed improvement in my pain and overall well-being.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
