From the reviews

I have been coming to Light Touch for almost three years, and it’s one of the best chiropractor and physical therapy offices I’ve ever been to. I came initially when I was having an emergency, because they were one of the few locations in network for my insurance, but I soon realized I had lucked out by coming here.

Where do I even start?! I absolutely LOVE it here!!! 💕 Neesha is such a sweetheart and always so kind and welcoming. Boris and Leo are also incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel so comfortable every visit.

Mr. Farkash and Mr. Katz exhibit their knowledge and experience in identifying and selecting treatment options and procedures that positively affected my aches and pains. The Light Touch Rehabilitation staff are professional when dealing with patients, each other, and the running of their office.

This place is AWESOME! If you need any kind of physical therapy you owe it to yourself to visit Light Touch. The professionals who comprise the staff are caring, expert, and deeply committed. You won’t feel like just another client. The individual attention you’ll get is extremely effective.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
