Incredible, I began treatment about a year ago. I could only walk with the assistance of a tens unit and pain meds. I was in incredible pain and desperate for relief. Dr. Nate and Dr. Stacy ( and Dr. Ben) are fantastic, their approach to treatment is thorough, caring and gentle, and most importantly, highly effective.
Outstanding customer service, an amazing staff, and the most welcoming environment! In less than 6 months of regular adjustments from Dr. Nate and Dr. Staci, my plantar fasciitis has all but healed and I couldn't be happier. For the first time in over 5 years, I am not in pain daily and I feel better overall.

In the past I’ve had a few BAD experiences with people who called themselves chiropractors…..coming to Life Refined with major doubts but on my last resort of getting help. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
