From the reviews
I have been to Dr. Lehane off and on for a couple years and planned to get back on a routine for 2025 because I always feel better with frequent adjustments and under his care. I got a cold in December and after multiple sneezing attacks, I had severe pain in my back by the shoulder blade.
Another healthcare provider recommended Dr. Kevin Lehane to me. I’ve been a patient of his for several years now. I’m living a pain free life now. My back is healthy and feeling great. Dr. Lehane is extremely knowledgeable with the human muscular and skeletal system.
Friendly, Professional, Clean, and most importantly.. on point.
Would highly recommend Lehane Chiropractic. Every time I've visited, I've left feeling like a brand-new person. His knowledge, expertise, and caring nature make each session very effective. He takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and addresses them with precision and care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
