From the reviews
Modest setting but very comfortable. Amy and Jackie are so very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, massage like you've never experienced it. Outstanding, professional, top rate.
Have been seeing Amy for at least a year now, she does a fantastic job of helping me with my leg and back problems; I have arthritis in several areas and she will personalize the massage to fit my needs. I highly recommend Amy as she is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of massage.
My VERY first Reiki experience was just amazing. Jackie had a wonderful, nurturing technique which allowed me to completely relax and relish the experience. Communication after was insightful and beneficial for this newbie. Can’t wait for my next session.
I have been going to Amy for many years. She is the best massage therapist I have been to and I have tried a few. She if very professional and always happy to help with your needs. The place is very clean and relaxing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
