From the reviews
Jim Couch has helped me recover from several injuries over the years. I've worked with him since I was in high school. Whether it was after spraining one knee, meniscus surgery on the other , or breaking my tibia, Jim has always been eager to help me get back to full strength.
Jim is awesome, helps with all the issues I have. I would follow jim to Alaska. He is very helpful teaching how to do things for your body to get better. The environment is friendly and inviting. They make you feel at home and treat you as a human not just number.
Feel like family from the moment you walk through the door!! From Cathy to Jim, Sarah, Courtney, Rachel and Bethany. Love them all, your gonna get the best care there is.
I have been a patient of Jim and Sarah for many years. They have helped me recover from knee replacement and hip replacement surgery. Currently Jim is working on a tendinitis problem I have. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and various ways to correct your problem.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
