Why Legacy Clinic of Chiropractic is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “ain-relieving and pleasure-inducing neurotransmitters and hormones. There is little to no discomfort felt upon the insertion of needles. In fact, 10 acupuncture needles can fit in the hole of needles used to give shots. Cupping Glass cups…” source →

I’m a dentist and I have scoliosis. There’s no one else I would ever trust with my care than Legacy. We love being patients there! Dr. John has helped my husband with an injury on his day off. Dr.
I love Legacy Clinic! They really do have the best team of any medical business I have seen- from the front desk, to the doctors, to the massage therapists, Everyone is so helpful and so nice. With their help, I am now living a pain free life. I highly recommend them!
First visit today. Not my first time to a Chiropractor. New to the area, and I wanted to get back to my routine . I thought the staff was great, very professional & friendly. Very thorough & detail 1st visit. Felt good when I left, looking forward to my next visit.
I had never been adjusted and was incredibly anxious to be so. Dr. John was patient and explained everything. Several adjustments later and my issues have resolved themselves. He’s the best and a top notch person to boot. Would strongly recommend him.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
