I went to Dr. Kim Fletcher due to my chronic back pain. Not only did she take the time to fully assess my pain and discomfort, but she also educated me on ways I could care for myself better. Dr. Fletcher is passionate about the well being of each of her patients.
Drs Kim and Brandon are awesome! Very friendly and explain what is causing pain and how to make daily changes to coincide with their therapy to cure the source of the pain, not just mask it with medication without going to the source. Flexible hours and very knowledgable about overall wellness also.
Dr. Brandon is amazing with magic hands! Both him and Dr. Kim are exceptionally kind, warm-hearted people. They take the time to listen to your needs and address them. Adjustments by either one of them is an experience you shouldn't miss. Best chiropractors EVER!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
