First time I had visited elements. Usually I'm very unhappy whenever I go somewhere for a massage. You cannot imagine how pleased and excited I was after the experience I had here. I worked with Floyd who did amazing work.
Excellent experience every-time! The staff is friendly and always helpful with concerns or questions. I purchased the membership for my girlfriend to get a massage every month. My girlfriend always enjoys her massage and looks forward every month for her deep tissue session.
This place is the best. Everyone is super friendly and making or adjusting appointments is incredibly easy. I usually try and see David. David is a true professional, he's very attentive and always does a great job when I need some work done. He's also taught me a lot of things I can do on my own to stay healthy.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
