From the reviews

Rebecca is awesome! I had my first therapeutic massage with Rebeccar, and the results were amazing. I have been to other massage therapists and chiropractors in the last year, and after the massage with Rebecca, I have the most range of motion and least pain in my neck than I have had in over a year.

This place is incredible! They have a lot of availability and different types of massage. Stormi is an excellent massage therapist. I feel so much better.

5+ stars!!! As a chronic migraine sufferer due to scoliosis + other injuries, I was in pure AGONY the last two days with a migraine. Texted the front desk this morning about same day availability and not only did they fit me in when they opened (10am), they were the SWEETEST people and I left feeling like a new person.

Tucked into a sweet little spot downtown you will find this amazing treasure. Parking is provided and it’s a fairly large lot with plenty of spaces. I chose the 60 minute deep tissue massage with a peppermint aromatherapy and the arnica treatment add-on. Josh was my masseur; superb.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
