From the reviews

Love the folks at performance health an amazing staff. Dr. Hailey beignets my favorite. She treats me and my family and is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable about the human body and has been brilliant for my physical therapy. Mike the owner is hilarious and always doing his best to serve his customers.

Motorcycle accident (leg, shoulder, back, neck). Long overdue review (11+ visits thus far). My experience with Dr. Chris and Dr. Mike could not have been better. I had unexpected results starting my first week. They've literally picked my life back up.

★★★★★ — Rob, Jan 2023

Performance Health has an amazing group of Dr’s that really care for your overall well-being. They go the extra step to figure out the root cause of the problem and don’t just treat symptoms. After 6 months of not being able to sit for more than 20mins at a time, I started seeing Dr.

My family has been coming here for several years. All of the doctors are great. They get to know you and focus on your needs. They have truly helped us feel better. Recently, our son has started football and has increased his visits to help manage soreness and mobility to increase his performance.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
