Garo has been a gift! I am very familiar with PT due to many sports injuries over the years, but Garo at AFM is truly a gem. One on one training, cupping, massage and a program that is suited for your individual needs, He listens, pays attention and changes how I had felt about most PT places over the years.
I’ve know Garo for the last 5 years and he has been nothing but respectful and dependable when it comes to getting me an appointment quick and treating me the right way possible. Being a track athlete and straining both my hamstring and calf and being told I was unable to compete for the entirety of winter sucked.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
