From the reviews

Thank you so much to Amanda and her cheery staff for taking care of me. I had surgery yesterday (healing quite nicely), and Amanda helped me prepare through love, light, acupuncture, cupping, blue light therapy, and more. I’ve been blessed to have known her for 10+ years.

★★★★★ — Denise, Jun 2023

Amanda and her team are amazing! I have been seeing Amanda for over a year and a half, receiving cupping and acupuncture. She takes great care of me every time. You will never walk out disappointed!

★★★★★ — Ellie, Jun 2023

I cannot recommend Lulu highly enough. I found her during pregnancy and continued seeing her postpartum, and she has truly been a game-changer for me both before and after giving birth.

★★★★★ — Meghan, Feb 2026

Amanda has saved my body and mind with her acupuncture and cupping! Whatever your problems may be, Amanda can help. I feel 100% better every time I walk out after my appts. I trust her completely and am thankful for every session. The staff is very kind and the vibes are very tranquil. 10/10 recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
