From the reviews
I rarely write reviews, but clearly felt compelled to recommend Hey Babe Wellness. It is not just a physical therapy clinic—it’s a true sanctuary for healing and growth. Over the past year, under the expert care of Dr. Weslyn Rosa, I’ve experienced a transformation that goes far beyond the physical. Dr.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I cannot say enough about Dr. Weslynne Rosa at Hey Babe Wellness. After struggling with chronic pain for a long time and going through many sessions of regular physical therapy without real relief, I finally found the right specialist. From my very first session, Dr.
Oh man, this clinic is amazing and I cannot recommend highly enough. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly, gentle, kind, and most of all, impressively knowledgeable. Such an incredible experience. If you are looking for this kind of PT I would highly recommend. I’m certainly a patient for life.
Dr. Claire and her team have seriously been such an instrumental part of my recovery. Dr. Claire is knowledgeable as well as very thorough every visit I have been there. I have been working with her through two C-sections and an Achilles surgery and I have recovered so much quicker from her help.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
