From the reviews

I’ve been seeing Keith consistently, every two weeks for years. I cannot rave about him enough. My experience each time is wonderful. He genuinely cares about what he does and it shows in his craft. He is so skilled at what he does.

Came in for 60 minute deep tissue massage. Fantastic experience…Keith is a great communicator and insightful therapist. I’m so happy to have found a reliable, affordable and caring destination like KS Massage Health. Best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Iwalked in with sciatic pain and walked out without it.

Received a deep tissue massage today. All I’ve got is WOW. I’ve got a lot of deep muscle knots. Three hours after my massage I can fell the knots relaxing. Thanks Keith. Your hands are fantastic

★★★★★ — Brian, Nov 2021

I never believed in massage to assist in my daily health until I started coming to KS Massage. I always thought massage was an indulgence reserved for Mother’s Day or my birthday.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
