My wife and I have been visiting Kori Kryotherapy a couple of times a week for the last month and it's great to walk in and see Patrice & Clarice...very welcoming, smiling and happy. They are the best! The place is clean and you can see the pride of ownership.
For my wedding business, I am always laying on the ground, climbing stuff, standing awkwardly, and carrying heavy gear. This has caused me some back pain, but Kori Kryotherapy helps a ton with their spot treatment. I can't say enough great things about Patriece! She is fantastic
If I could give this business 10 stars I would. My son who is a Soccer player came here to try and fix an ailing Hamstring in short time before the season starts. The service was impeccable and to add to that we had practice one evening and wanted to have our son do a session last minute.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
