Mr. Mark Jones at LaRue's Massage is a massage therapist of the highest professional caliber. I was suffering pain from several severe trigger points which I alerted him to. He then proceeded to find them on his own and patiently but strongly relieved them. Eliminated them!
Sonji came highly recommended after surgery and treatments for cancer left my body aching and stiff. Her expertise and thoughtfulness put me at ease. I knew right away I was in good hands. : ) Not only do I leave feeling completely relaxed, but my pain has noticeably decreased after two sessions. Thank you, Sonji!

Ok, I will start with I had many many massages recently with my on going neck issues. Sonji is absolute artist when it comes to problematic areas that she concentrates on. This woman gave me massage I have never experienced before. Yes it was not the most pleasant but dear god I feel worlds better with my neck.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
