From the reviews

Claudia is very knowledgeable at what she does and just a great lady. She get out knots I didn't even know I had, I love my ME day. I definitely will be back next month 😌 I kneaded to unwind and take care of myself 🤙🤙

I just had 3rd massage by Claudia yesterday. This time I went to the Depoe Bay location. That is her main office. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I get the 60 minute Therapeutic Massage. I think that's the perfect term to describe the experience.

★★★★★ — Patricia, Dec 2023

Lovely experience! Probably one of the best massages I’ve had in the past few years, especially because I need that perfect mix of kinda hard/intense without feeling like you’re dying LOL. I really appreciated Claudia’s approach to the service. Exactly what I needed for the massage itself and the price was affordable!

★★★★★ — B, Mar 2025

Claudia is very receptive to your needs. Having chronic pain and being in a flare she understood and was mindful. She also recommended a few other things outside her profession to assist me in my feeling better. In one session I felt a bit better and am scheduled for another! 😊

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
