I don't even know where to start, before walking in, I had to walk slowly, dealing with some major Sciatica pain shooting down from my lower back straight to the back of the knees!!! I was recommended to go see Marie, I was beyond grateful that she allowed me to walk out with NO pain!
Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I had strained my back at work and was in desperate need of some relief. Marie was able to get me on her schedule quickly and easily. Her location is a sweet and quaint little spot that immediately felt so welcoming and relaxing.
Hands down Marie is the absolute best! I’ve seen her for 2 years now every 3/4 weeks. To relax, to feel better & to take care of my self! If you don’t book a massage with her, you’re missing out! & if you try to book with her and she’s booked up, it’s probably because I’m there again! 😂
I have had a few massages in my life and NOTHING compares to the massages Ive had done at Kneaded Relief Massage. The room is very welcoming and tranquil so you can relax easily. You are the ONLY priority when you’re getting the massage and Marie makes you feel exactly that.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
