From the reviews

Lindsey, has such a wonderful healing touch! I have seen a lot of people over the years and she has hands of magic. But also takes the time to really hear what you need, and see what she can do to put you on the path to healing.

★★★★★ — Aetheria, Jun 2019

Absolutely Spectacular!!! Literally the best massage I have ever received ever and I will be going back! Excellent environment, very comfortable as well. Lindsey has the ability to put you right at ease and she is truly the expert at healing. I'm a professional performer and pulled a muscle in my low back.

★★★★★ — Maysun, Jun 2019

Had an excellent maternity massage! I was soooo preggo and suffering from restless leg syndrome, and it was very hard to get comfortable and sleep most nights. Post massage, I was so relaxed that I think I slept for 10 hours straight!

★★★★★ — Meg, Jun 2019

I've had probably more than my fair share of professional massages in my life, and these are the BEST! The skill, energy, communication, and healing touch are all 100% on point.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
