…This Physical Therapy group have performed a combination of exercises, cupping, shock wave treatment as well as acupuncture on me. The therapy has been most effective and my arm is much, much better than it has been since this happened two years ago. Feels like a miracle.

Kinetic was great. Within a couple of sessions I went from concern about pain to a sustainable maintenance plan. They quickly determined that pain in few areas -- neck, head, shoulders, were all related. Their close attention helped me adjust and correct form during each session, to stretch and strengthen.
Kinetic Rehab and Spine is amazing! I’ve been there for both PT and OT and can honestly say that it’s one of the best places around. The facility is beautiful and I love that I can still feel like I’m working out at a gym while rehabbing an injury.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
