I had an absolutely exceptional experience Kikea. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calming and serene—exactly what you hope for in a massage setting.
Just had a wonderful and very relaxing massage here. The facility was very welcoming and clean. I felt very comfortable. The prices are reasonable. I was offered a variety of scents to choose from of lotions. The scents were not overly strong and the lotion did not irritate my skin. The music was pleasant.
After a long driving trip my body was tight and tense, especially in my low back and neck Kilea was able to loosen those areas up in one appointment. I plan to go back regularly for maintenance. It was one of the best Swedish massages I have ever had.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
