Finding this recently opened spa was a blessing in disguise! I visited for the first time this week after not being able to get an appointment at my go-to location in town. At Queen Spa I had an amazing 90 minute body oil massage with the masseuse (I believe his name is) Patrick. He & Emma were both so kind.
My husband and I came across this new massage place and decided to give it a try for a couple’s massage and we highly recommend! We both had a long week and decided to get a last minute massage and they were so accommodating with our requests. It’s located close to Marketplace Mall near the highway Neil exit.
I received a head massage and it was fantastic! The place is very clean and bright. During my service, they cleaned my face and did a face mask, washed my hair, and massaged my head. They also massaged my arms and legs. It was so relaxing. When finished, they blow-dried my hair. My hair is so soft and smells so good.
Wow ! This is the most beautiful, warm and romantic massage parlor and head spa in Champaign. It's newly opened and I fell in love with it as soon as I entered. The service is warm and considerate, the masseurs' techniques are also very good. I strongly recommend everyone to come and give it a try
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
