From the reviews
Seeing Megan was LIFE CHANGING! I started to see her for massages to help with aches and pains (mostly related to overwork and stress). She always went above and beyond and helped me to understand what was triggering those pains and our relationship developed to more than massage.
Britt and Megan are an amazing team!! I saw Megan for massage and I’m seeing Britt for PT. They are both professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very invested in their patients’ care and well-being.
I wish I could give Britt more than 5 stars!! I got in touch a couple years ago to gift a massage to a friend with Britt and it was AMAZING! I knew she also did physical therapy and I had fractured my back a couple years ago so I reached out and she did some remote sessions with me since I live in CA.
I cannot say enough good things about Keep It Moving PT and especially Britt. After a new back injury, I was scared, frustrated, and unsure if I’d ever feel like myself again, but Britt helped me return to full functioning with so much patience, compassion, and expertise.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
