From the reviews
I initially gave them five stars in a review, but I unfortunately did that too soon. Brittany is an extremely knowledgeable Physical Therapist, the problem is that I only saw her twice. My next several visits were with a student doing a co-op. He was very nice, however, he was still learning.
I have been seeing Brittany. She has found areas of my body that I never knew hurt. She is amazing. I have a lot of issues to take care of. I think i will be a lifetime member for her. I have not been there very long but I am noticing improvements. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Very comfortable environment.
As someone who has been visiting this clinic regularly for almost an entire year, it's easy for me to say that it's become like a second home. I was a little nervous in the beginning after having negative experiences in the past, but right from the start, Kevin had a professional, polite, and positive attitude.
Brittany has been caring for my daughter Karen for a few months now. I appreciated the interaction between the two on a regular basis. I have witnessed the gentle way she approaches my daughter and the degree of support and friendship she has offered. She knew how nervous Karen was and understood her level anxiety.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
