Did a couples deep tissue massage along with cupping let me say by far the best services I’ve experienced. Pricing was great for everything that was offered. I was experiencing tightness on my upper trap which was causing pain in my shoulder which led to a pinch nerve symptom going into my tricep.
I got a suggestion to go here from a neighbor on nextdoor. The price drew me in, very affordable in times that a lot of people need affordability. It was easy to find, right by Micheals. I easily made an appointment online. Note: best to Pay cash, or theres a cc fee, but i didnt have to pay until i got there!
I’ll pre frame this review by saying I’ve gotten hundreds of massages…when I was fighting competitively I’d get massages weekly, I’ve been to so many different places over the years and had so many different people work on me….the massage I got from Aida at this location was by far the best I’ve ever had.
I called to make appointments, and while they didn't pick up, I received a text message immediately that I was able to respond to and make appointments for later that same day. I had Tina for a 60 minute full body massage. It was one of the best massages I've had in a while.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
