Wow. What an incredible experience. We were very lucky that Kaneh had a last minute couples massage open time slot. David and Stacy (not sure of spelling) were amazing.
I’m someone who regularly needs massages for maintenance. I typically go 1-2 times a month and was looking for a new massage home. David gave me seriously the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I’ve tried the Recovery and the Revival, but the Recovery massage is my new go to.
Jolene is a master masseuse! Went there for the first time (filling in an appointment for a friend) and now I am addicted! Once a month will be my mantra moving forward. She has an excellent understanding of the human anatomy and how to maximize your 50 minutes such that you leave feeling like a whole new person.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
