From the reviews

I had a cupping massage with Leah for a shoulder injury that I had been dealing with. I had been going to PT for over a month before the massage and was on a slow road to recovery, but once I added the cupping massage the healing process really started to pick up and I was quickly getting back to my normal, healthy…

Randi is so talented. I came in today with shoulder, neck, and back pain. After an hour of Randi's magic touch (I need heavy pressure but her long movements made it so comfortable) I left with so much relief and some education on how to keep myself strong, healthy, and stretched at home.

★★★★★ — Dascheckeich, Feb 2020

As both a physical therapist and a client, I cannot recommend Randi highly enough. She has an incredible understanding of the body and blends that knowledge with excellent hands-on treatment skills. I confidently refer patients to her regularly, and I’ve personally benefited from her work as well.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
