From the reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute best experience with Liz this past Saturday. From the moment I laid down on the heated crystal Biomat and felt those unbelievably soft sheets, I knew I was in for something special.
Liz is amazing! This was my first massage where I truly felt like my needs were understood, like Liz had already walked in my shoes. She knew what I was looking for after I gave her a vague description of my issues, and her ability to tailor each experience to the individual was very positively reflected in my massage.
Liz took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session perfectly—balancing therapeutic pressure with deeply relaxing techniques. Every detail, from the heated table to the calming music, enhanced the experience.
Just had my first massage with Liz and was blown away by her skill and healing touch!! Ive had alot of massages in my life but this was an experience NOT JUST A MASSAGE!! The atmosphere is so calming. Soft wonderful music, heated bed, hot stones, and several other heated massage tools that melt the tension away.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
