From the reviews

I was feeling pain in my knee and thanks to Taylor found out it is not my knee, it is my hips. He comes to your home with all his equipment and knowledge, prompt and professional! I love that he wants to keep people out the hospital!

Best PT I've ever been to. Dr. Jump's manual therapy techniques are through and his knowledge of injuries is extensive and he will get you on the road to recovery faster than any other PT out there, and he only provides one on one care. If you have been to the typical PT clinics, you know how it works.

Taylor is amazing! I had a lot of knee pain for months and it wasn’t healing and it was preventing me from doing all my favorite activities. It was hurting me just walking around the house. Taylor assessed the problem and found my knee pain was coming from my weak hips.

★★★★★ — Lauren, May 2025

Taylor is the number one BEST in his field. We are so thankful to have found him! He knows so much about the body and what it needs to heal, and we are so glad to see the light at the end of our pain tunnels!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
