Joshua Moran gives the best massage in Baldwin County! I had been going to a chain for massages in Daphne, but I got tired of having to try out new massage therapists because of the turnover. I live in Loxley, so it wasn't far to try JM Massage in Spanish Fort.
I had been experiencing shooting pain every time I turned my head, starting from my neck and extending down to my back and arms. After a family member highly recommended Josh, I decided to give him a try.
Joshua is the best! We have had many massages in the area over the past 5 years and until now we had not found a great one. We found our Guy, both my husband and I had great massages and our aches and pains are SOOO much better. He is knowledgeable, professional and is the real deal! We will be going to him regularly.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
