From the reviews
I have been going to Jess for over a year now. She is the best in the area. She is professional, kind, and just an all-around great person. I had never booked recurring appointments with an LMT before I met Jessica! If you are looking for an amazing LMT, you don't need to look any further.
Through a friend of a friend I found a great therapist, Jessica, that helped unlock my shoulder pains. I tried physical therapy before I found Jess. The PT only helped temporarily. Jess has been able to unlock my shoulder pain and works on my arthritic back/neck with tenderness and strength when needed.
I used to joke that I’d need surgery on my upper back because I was always hurting, turns out I just needed a great LMT! I’ve been seeing Jessica religiously for over a year now and don’t plan to stop going anytime soon. She’s well priced and is attentive to your needs.
Jessica is great! Her space is relaxing and puts me at ease the moment I step in. She is attentive to my needs and always asks what areas she should give more time to. I appreciate her professionalism and caring personality. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
