From the reviews

Treated my neck and shoulder pain, showed me exercises to keep it in check. Takes the time to show you things with posture, etc. Have not had full range of motion in my neck to look over my shoulder after years of chiropractic work. I am finally able to look over my should, shave my arms without any pain.

I seek out the best of the best when it comes to my self care/health. Curtis is as top notch as it gets. He is highly competent, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He has many effective tools which he uses as needed to give me the most powerful results with each treatment session.

★★★★★ — Torri, Aug 2025

Curtis is knowledgeable on pain and how to treat it. I receive treatment for multiple disc bulges that cause chronic pain. He takes time to ensure you understand the cause of the pain you’re enduring, the plan to treat it, as well as directions for home care, such as stretching and gaining strength, if applicable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
