From the reviews
I had the pleasure of experiencing an incredibly relaxing space and receiving an amazing Bowen work session from Jenny. From the moment I stepped into her space, I was transported to a haven of tranquility. The soothing ambiance, with soft lighting and calming aromas, immediately put me at ease.
Jenny is absolutely amazingly talented. She is able to read/listen to my body in a way no other massage therapist has ever done. After giving birth to my fifth baby, my body needed some serious help. Jenny has been able to help me heal with her many talents!
Despite being called to personal work I often find it challenging to do on my own. I can’t speak highly enough of the support I received working with Jenny as a Mind-Body Coach for the 13-session series. I’m grateful I was able to work with her from afar, doing the sessions on zoom and receiving distance Bowenwork.
I’m a go-go-go kind of gal—always on the move, juggling my business, home, and a million to-dos. So I was honestly shocked that within just 20 minutes on Jenny O’Dell’s table, I dropped fully into my body for the first time since moving to New Hampshire seven months ago.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
