From the reviews

Jen is truly the best health care provider I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for over a year, and I’ve noticed a considerable and meaningful improvement in my overall health. She has helped me tremendously with menopause symptoms, low energy, and ongoing pain. What really sets Jen apart is how deeply she listens.

★★★★★ — Lucinda, Feb 2026

Jennifer is wonderful and I would highly recommend seeing her! I have been a client of hers for many years during which she has treated me for both chronic and acute problems. No matter how I feel when I come, I always feel good when I leave.

★★★★★ — Laura, Sep 2019

I have had the opportunity to see Jen for over 2 years. During this time of my body not conforming with me, I have seen many Drs and tests without much improvement. I was in a desperate situation to get better. Jen was a top contributing factor for me feeling better and has helped me get back up and running… Literally.

★★★★★ — Cole, Nov 2019

Jennifer is very well trained in various aspects of acupuncture and was able to solve my issues very well. She worked on my hip when it was tweaked and after a few sessions, my hip felt much better and I could walk without limping. I go back to her whenever I need and she always handles herself professionally.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
