Truly the most amazing experience and service. I have worked with Bridgette - and she is truly an angel sent to me. Not only is she the BEST at what she does, but I feel like she is my best girlfriend every time I see her. She is friendly, candid and can relate to each and every thing (and ailment) I am experiencing.
I've had 6 treatments with Bridgette so far and only have good things to say. I feel comfortable talking about health conditions and treatments are very relaxing. The booking process is really user friendly.
Karen and crew listen well to my needs and synthesis in a way I appreciate. I’m there for fertility treatments and back issues. Their poking has greatly helped. I do suggest following their recommendation of a couple three months of at least once at week treatments. That (the consistence) has seemed the key.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
