Ambika is absolutely phenomenal! She takes the time to explain everything in detail and truly understands what treatment is best for you. She pays close attention and gently corrects you if you’re not performing an exercise properly — her attention to detail makes all the difference. The entire staff is wonderful.

This JAG facility is fantastic. I drove 45 mins each way to go here. I’ve been to several PT facilities to address chronic ankle instability issues. This place is by far the best. No one had ever actually assessed my gait, provided shoe options and suggested a podiatrist for inserts to help.

★★★★★ — Diane, Jun 2026

Amazing experience, from initial interactions on the phone and setting up a time to come in, to the understanding of treatment required, implementation of treatment and communication about the treatment/alterations to same/responsiveness and knowledge - I can't say enough positive things.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
