Update on 2nd visit (6/10/25): I have never had this happen to me and I just felt like I had to share my experience. I called to make an appointment and when I arrived, I was again greeted with amazing energy and overall good vibes.
This is a professional massage shop, especially Lawrence! The overall store environment is very good! He can heal my neck pain and let me relax and not feel tired! The whole process is very comfortable! Then when the massage was over, Lawrence prepared a special Chinese tea for me, which made me feel more comfortable!
Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I asked for deep body massage and it was delivered exceptionally well! Worth spending every single penny to this place. Please provide generous tips for their staff as they all are excellent no matters who is available and you will also become one regular customer like me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
