From the reviews

Very friendly and a decently strong hand. I had an hour and a half massage, I felt like more could have been accomplished during that time. However she spent the majority on the time on my lats, which was very much needed and I appreciated the time she took to really loosen me up.

★★★★☆ — Joy, Mar 2021

Jessica is the BEST for a deep tissue massage. Her knowledge, strength and energy is excellent. One session and you'll throw away your previous massage therapists number. I tear down this old body and Jessica mends me which allows me to continue to act like I'm in my twenties!!

★★★★★ — Kevin, Feb 2021

Had an amazing massage from Jessica!! I suffer from a lot of pain and she was super knowledgeable. I’m currently in physical therapy for brisitus but my walking has gotten worse, during the massage she noticed my hips were way off, I relayed this to my physical therapist and we quickly switched my routine to correct…

★★★★★ — Sarah, Nov 2023

Jessica's massage therapy is absolutely the best massage I have ever received. Her strength, attention to body details & target areas is truly what makes such a difference! I also find the energy she just bring into the room lightens me up!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
