From the reviews
I recently visited this IRG Sammamish, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. A special shout-out to Kirsten, who did an absolutely amazing job during my sessions.
Had a fantastic experience with Rama at IRG! She is very professional, highly knowledgeable and passionate about helping her patients. Went to see her for a lower back issue and she not only helped me with progressive physical exercises and therapy/massage each session but also talked me through my mental block and…
I joined IRG after a long hospitalization to recover. I was regular for about 6 months with IRG sammamish and worked with Dr Sujaya, Kristen and in those 6 months they helped me recover.
I started treatment on IRG in 2023 with Brianna and she helped me a lot. But the pain in the knee and back pain came back just in four months. This time I went to Sujaya and she is a miracle worker. She is a hard taskmaster, but with her dry needling and excercises, I was able to run again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
