From the reviews

I’ve had many months of rehab for shoulders knees and back injuries. IRG is the only place I’d go because of the excellent staff and updated training facility. Each staff person from the front desk to the manager has one goal for you; improved health, strength and mobility.

I started work rehab at IRG because of a rotator cuff /bicep tear job injury, after a couple of months of rehab I was very impressed with my outcome. With this new program, it has allowed me to gain most of my range of motion and strength back.

Truly the best Physical Therapy place anyone can go to. Everyone is super nice, very helpful, very caring, very professional, compassionate & very friendly. Shout out to Eric my PT, thanks to him my progress after a total knee replacement has been incredible.

★★★★★ — Dan, Apr 2025

For the first time in a long time, I am in little to no foot pain. For years have just been dealing with plantar fasciitis as a chronic thing I was just living with. Two months with Mark, and I am back at the gym and know how to stay on top of it. Would highly recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
